## Title: HR Personnel

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our HR team at Rexobe Consult in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for all roles
  • Ensure fair and transparent selection processes

Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems aligned with company objectives
  • Support line managers in setting performance goals and KPIs
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching where necessary

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and productive work environment
  • Organize team-building and staff engagement activities

Training & Development

  • Identify staff training needs and create annual training plans
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, leave, and benefits in compliance with company policies
  • Review and recommend compensation structures that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and relevant statutory bodies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Strategic HR Planning

  • Advise management on HR trends, succession planning, and workforce development
  • Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in human resources management
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
