## Title: HR Personnel
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our HR team at Rexobe Consult in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for all roles
- Ensure fair and transparent selection processes
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems aligned with company objectives
- Support line managers in setting performance goals and KPIs
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching where necessary
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Promote a healthy, safe, and productive work environment
- Organize team-building and staff engagement activities
Training & Development
- Identify staff training needs and create annual training plans
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, leave, and benefits in compliance with company policies
- Review and recommend compensation structures that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and relevant statutory bodies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Strategic HR Planning
- Advise management on HR trends, succession planning, and workforce development
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
