Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Process payroll: Collect timekeeping data, calculate wages, overtime, and bonuses, and process regular payroll runs.
- Maintain records: Keep employee records up-to-date with changes in exemptions, benefits, and job status. Maintain the confidentiality of all payroll information.
- Generate reports: Create and distribute payroll reports to HR and finance departments, including summaries of expenses, taxes, and earnings.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above, with priority given to majors related to human resource management, enterprise management, etc.
- 3-5 years of payroll experience.
