About the Role

We are seeking an HR Officer to support core HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about HR best practices and labour laws.

Compensation

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly Gross + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Support recruitment processes for vacant roles
• Administer payroll and employee benefits (health insurance, leave, retirement plans)
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Handle terminal benefits and end-of-service processes
• Uphold the company's mission, vision, and values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
• 2–3 years of HR experience; construction industry experience is an advantage
• HR certification is a plus
• Knowledge of HR software and labour regulations
