## Title: HR Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support daily human resource operations. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, record management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and activities
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
