Job description

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. - Implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and best practices. - Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally. - Manage employee payroll and benefits programs. - Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and development planning. - Sustain a productive organizational culture, including engaging with teams and clients to achieve high performance. - Coordinate training and development programs for both in-house staff and external clients. - Provide guidance on HR issues to management and staff. - Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. - Prepare HR-related reports and support audits. - Handle employee exit processes, including off boarding and exit interviews Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years (post NYSC) of relevant HR experience (preferably in the Tech sector). - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools. - Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage. Salary N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
