We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to support our HR team in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration. You’ll help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help implement performance appraisals and training programs.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years HR experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll is a plus.
