## Title: HR Generalist

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this HR Generalist position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Handle payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
  • Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and retention

Requirements

  • BSc or HND qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and Nigerian labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
  • Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage

Compensation

N250,000 per month
