We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Overview - Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. This role is critical to attracting, assessing, and onboarding high-performing talent that drives business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs - Design and execute effective talent sourcing strategies - Manage interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding - Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment metrics - Support core HR operations and compliance as required. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in recruitment (mandatory) - CIPM certification – compulsory - Strong understanding of recruitment in a structured, fast-paced environmen - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - High level of professionalism, discretion, and execution excellence.
