About the Role

An established company is seeking an HR Executive to develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
• Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new hires
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement
• Facilitate employee training programs and continuous development initiatives
• Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations regarding employment practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
