Position Overview: - The HR Executive supports the effective delivery of human resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. - The role ensures compliance with company policies and labour laws while supporting business objectives. Job Responsibilities - Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees - Maintain employee records and HR documentation - Administer leave, confirmations, promotions, and exits - Handle employee queries and support employee relations - Assist with performance appraisal and training coordination - Support payroll with accurate staff data - Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws - Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to HR leadership. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2 - 4 years experience in an HR role (HR Executive/Officer). - Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
