## Title: HR Documentation Officer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an HR Documentation Officer. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of onboarding and employment documentation for outsourced staff
- Verify and securely store all employee documents including offer letters, guarantor forms, IDs, and medical certificates
- Conduct background checks and verifications (address, guarantor, employment history, etc.) as required
- Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure data confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and tax documentation standards
- Support audits and prepare periodic documentation and verification reports
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely documentation before deployment
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in HR documentation, records management, or HR administration — preferably within an outsourcing or HR services firm
- Proven experience conducting background checks (an added advantage)
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour and compliance documentation standards
