## Title: HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
- Guide HR policies, compliance, and best practices
- Develop and implement HR programs that strengthen company culture and employee engagement
- Conduct periodic HR audits and ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory standards
- Analyse HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide coaching to managers on employee issues
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Oversee payroll inputs and ensure accurate HR documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years' experience in HR roles (preferably in banking or financial services)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and employee engagement practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must reside on Lagos Island or its immediate environs
