An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely recruitment for open positions within 30 days from job posting
- 100% completion of performance evaluations on time
- Implement follow-up on improvement plans for underperforming employees
- Address employee concerns promptly and improve engagement levels
- Resolve 90% of employee grievances within a week and maintain high engagement
- Support the quarterly performance review process, ensuring completion within deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least a second-class upper (2.1) in Human Resources,
- Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2—4 years progressive HR experience, with Human Resource
- Generalist and Administration experiences
- Professional HR certification
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
