This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. - The HR Business Partner provides hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, and day-to-day people operations. The role works closely with business leaders to ensure HR processes effectively support operational and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including workforce planning, job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding. - Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), promotions, confirmations, and role changes. - Partner with line managers to address performance gaps, employee concerns, and people-related challenges. - Track and manage performance documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policy. - Support employee engagement initiatives and follow up on performance feedback outcomes. - Maintain accurate HR records and reports related to recruitment and performance. - Ensure HR practices align with organisational policies, labour regulations, and business needs. - Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Key Competencies and Skills - Strong understanding of performance management frameworks. - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Ability to provide practical HR support in fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - High attention to detail and confidentiality. - Ability to balance operational HR tasks with strategic people support.
