Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Officer in daily human resource operations.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including receiving applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with staff onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
- Keep records of staff attendance, leave, and basic welfare matters.
- Help prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, memos, and internal notices.
- Support performance appraisal processes and staff development activities.
- Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and staff related events.
- Respond to basic staff inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and HR procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office applications.
- Previous HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.
