Position Overview: - FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support human resource operations and administrative processes. - The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks. - This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a structured work environment. - Ultimately, you will support the smooth execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance, organization, and professionalism across HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. - Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately. - Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes. - Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications. - Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records. Requirements: - Minimum of HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role. - Must be resident within Abuja (FCT). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - High level of professionalism and confidentiality. - Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
