## Title: HR and Administration Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified HR and Administration Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles within the real estate and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will hold relevant educational qualifications and professional certifications in HR management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and competencies
- Administer benefits and compensation programs to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently
- Manage administrative functions including office operations, facilities management, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Develop and maintain employee records and HR databases for accurate reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources and administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles
- Experience in the real estate and hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
