A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦500,000 monthly Experience: Level: 3 – 5 years Benefits: HMO, Performance-based Bonus Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR & Admin professional who will also serve as a Practice Manager to join our team of professionals in the Real Estate and Property Service industry, overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of our organization. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively. Key Responsibilities:   - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs. - Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards. - Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. - Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. - Coordinate schedules, meetings, and reporting structures. - Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems. - Ensure efficient resource allocation across departments. - Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements. - Support senior management in strategic planning and execution. - Foster a positive workplace culture and staff engagement. Required Qualifications: & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3–5 years of proven HR and administrative management experience. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
