About Us
Sim Impacting Lives Foundation (SILF) is a registered non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through public health, nutrition, humanitarian response, and empowerment programs.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Abuja. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative operations while supporting our mission-driven work across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Oversee office administration, logistics, and supplies
- Provide HR and administrative support to SILF projects and programs
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in Karu, Kurudu, Nyanya, or Orozo (Abuja)
