## Title: HR/Admin Officer
About the Role
LinkOrg Networks, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated HR/Admin Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role will support our HR department across multiple functions including administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain an updated recruitment database and manage applicant tracking systems
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and events
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Assist with the administration of payroll and employee benefits
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related documents
- Manage employee leave records and benefits enrollment
Compliance and Record-Keeping
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of human resources experience, preferably within the ISP, telecommunications, or technology industry
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and Nigerian labor law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
