A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Position Overview: - The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing all Human Resources and administrative functions of the company. This role oversees recruitment, staff documentation, welfare, compliance, and coordination of internal and external service providers. - The position ensures the effective implementation of company policies and supports smooth daily operations across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: - Manage end-to-end staff recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exits - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation - Oversee staff welfare, engagement, and employee relations - Manage all staff leave (annual, sick, and other approved leave) - Coordinate and administer HMO enrollment and benefits - Enforce company policies, discipline, and compliance - Support performance reviews, probation assessments, and restructuring initiatives - Serve as the primary point of contact between management and staff Administration: - Supervise hygiene/cleaning staff and ensure workplace cleanliness - Supervise security guards and general security operations - Coordinate external service providers, including: - LAWMA - Internet/WiFi service providers - Other administrative vendors - Liaise with the Finance Unit for processing payments related to administrative services - Draft official HR memos, policies, and internal communications - Maintain confidentiality of all staff and company information Education: & Qualifications - Candidates should possess a B.SC or HND with 1-5 years experience - Additional certification or training in Human Resources, Administration, or Management is an added advantage Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Human Resources and administrative processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity - Ability to enforce rules and handle sensitive matters objectively - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation, spreadsheets) - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
