Job description

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Location: Iddo, Lagos Position Overview: - Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of office activities. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave schedules. - Support recruitment processes — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding. - Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications. - Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and payment of office supplies and services. - Prepare and process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports. - Organize company meetings, trainings, and staff events; record and circulate minutes. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory HR regulations. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support management with HR reports. Skills: / Requirements - Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws. - Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information. Salary N500,000 - N700,000 / month.
