Position Overview:
- CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced HR/Admin Manager to manage its human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff welfare
- Oversee payroll, leave administration, and personnel records
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
- Coordinate office administration and facility management
- Provide HR advisory support to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years relevant HR/Admin experience
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- An MBA or MSc in Human Resources will be an additional advantage
- Age limit: Not more than 35 years.
