Head Waiter

Position Overview: - The Head Waiter will be responsible for supervising waiters, ensuring smooth dining service, and delivering exceptional guest experience. - The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of food and beverage service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff. - Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served professionally. - Monitor service delivery to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. - Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly. - Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation at all times. - Train and mentor waiters on service etiquette and hotel standards. - Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar for order accuracy and timing. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations within the restaurant. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant. - Strong leadership and customer service skills. - Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant hospitality certification is an added advantage.
