Job Summary

We are seeking a Head of Rider Operations to oversee the recruitment, performance, and welfare of our rider network, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, continuous training, development, and onboarding of riders
• Design and implement incentive programs and retention strategies
• Manage rider scheduling, performance tracking, and safety training
• Collaborate with tech and dispatch teams for rider performance analytics
• Handle compliance with regulatory authorities on rider and asset documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transport, Communication, Marketing, or relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience managing large rider fleets (50+ riders)
• Experience with mobility apps, logistics operations, and delivery companies
• Strong people management and communication skills
