## Title: Head of Human Resources - Emerging Businesses

About the Role

As the Head of HR, you will oversee cross-functional teams and our emerging businesses spanning Fintech, Betting, VAS, Techhub, and PropTech sectors. You will provide strategic HR leadership while managing all aspects of human resources operations across these diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication, alignment, and integration of HR initiatives with the company's business objectives
  • Advise executive management on people-related matters including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
  • Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Develop succession planning and career development frameworks

Learning & Development

  • Design and implement training programs to build employee capability and leadership skills
  • Foster a learning culture through coaching, mentorship, and continuous development opportunities

HR Systems and Data

  • Implement HRIS systems and databases to manage employee data
  • Generate reports for management to support decision-making

Performance Management

  • Develop and manage performance management systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
  • Partner with managers to set clear performance objectives and track employee progress
  • Drive reward and recognition programs

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Create policies and practices for fair conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor laws
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement action plans

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
