About the Role
An established company is recruiting a Head of Human Resources to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall business goals. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the hospitality or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, capable of managing all HR functions across multiple outlets or departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Human Resources department and provide strategic direction to management on people-related matters
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure fair, transparent evaluation processes
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, discipline, and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation structure, and employee benefits
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-quality personnel
- Support management in manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring when necessary
- Serve as a link between management and employees to maintain a balanced and productive workplace
Requirements
- CIPM certification (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a Head of Human Resources Manager within QSRs, Restaurants, Hotels, or related brands
- Extensive experience in Human Resources Management and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
