## Title: Head of Human Resources

Role Overview

The Head of HR will oversee day-to-day HR operations at Tolbert Specialists Hospital, ensuring staff administration, policy compliance, training, and employee engagement are executed efficiently. Reporting directly to the CMD, this role is pivotal in strengthening institutional systems and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
  • Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies
  • Advise department heads on HR and employee relations matters
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a related sector
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent Nigerian-recognized HR qualification)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
