About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources who will be responsible for leading the company's Human Resources operations, driving people strategy, and ensuring a healthy, productive, and compliant workplace. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead HR planning, forecasting, and organizational development initiatives
• Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices, workforce management, and company culture
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Build a strong employer brand and ensure efficient hiring practices
• Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and career paths
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally
• Promote teamwork, engagement, and employee wellness programs
• Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs
• Ensure fair, data-driven evaluation and reward processes
• Support managers in coaching, feedback, and staff development
• Oversee payroll, leave management, HR documentation, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks
• Identify training needs and develop learning programs for all levels
• Organize workshops, skill development sessions, and leadership training
• Track training outcomes and overall workforce development
• Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and employee benefits

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication skills
