Head of Human Resources at Fadac Resources

About the Role

Fadac Resources is seeking a qualified Head of Human Resources to lead and develop comprehensive human resources strategies and operations. This senior role involves overseeing all HR functions and contributing to the organization's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational HR strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing analysis and recommendations to strategic planning, and establishing HR objectives aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee all HR operations including talent acquisition, staffing, recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and employee development
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, health and welfare programs, records management, and employee relations
• Guide staff performance management by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Direct succession planning, retention strategies, and labor relations initiatives
• Establish departmental accountabilities across all HR functions including safety and health, training and development, and employment processing
• Develop HR operations budgets and financial strategies by estimating requirements, forecasting trends, and analyzing variances
• Determine and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies
• Manage special projects by identifying priorities, coordinating requirements, evaluating progress, and implementing organizational change
• Provide HR counsel and strategic advice to management on policies, decisions, and employee matters
• Research, develop, write, and update HR policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines to ensure compliance and organizational effectiveness
