Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Overview: - The Head of HR will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring staff administration, policy compliance, training, and employee engagement are executed efficiently. Reporting directly to the CMD, this role is pivotal in strengthening institutional systems and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development - Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes - Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies - Advise department heads on HR and employee relations matters - Maintain accurate HR records and reports Required Qualifications: & Experience: - At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a related sector - Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent Nigerian-recognized HR qualification) - Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices - Proven ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
