Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, or any other related field - 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a structured organization - Strong knowledge of labour law, compensation, performance management, and organizational development - Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on - Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is strongly preferred - A minimum of second class upper is required Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Eterna Plc's business objectives and long-term growth plan - Lead HR operations including compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, policy development, compliance, and HR systems optimization - Drive organizational development initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and change management - Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, employee engagement, learning, and leadership development - Provide leadership on employee relations, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and industrial relations - Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards - Act as a trusted strategic partner to executive management and business leaders
