## Title: Head, HR & Admin
About the Role
Westfield Consulting is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of HR & Admin to lead our human resources and administrative functions. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving organizational excellence through effective people management and operational efficiency.

- Other related HR responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must be Chartered by CIPM (professional HR certification is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Proven experience managing core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office applications
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage complex employee issues

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: N1,000,000 - N1,200,000
