Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. - Handle check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently. - Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. - Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. - Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records. - Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards. - Uphold the hotel’s brand image through professional appearance and behaviour. Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred). - Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. - Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and MS Office. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
