Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting surveys and generating leads. - Ensuring that off-site operations align with the company's objectives and contribute to its overall growth and success. - Facilitating off-site activities aimed at promoting the company's offerings and attracting prospects, with a focus on charismatic attitude and effective communication. - Conducting off-site promotional events and generating leads for sales opportunities. - Representing the company professionally and ethically while adhering to industry regulations and standards during all interactions with potential customers. - Engaging with potential customers at various venues such as airports, country clubs, malls, festivals, and community events to promote vacation ownership packages. - Delivering compelling pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's vacation ownership offerings. - Collecting customer contact information and inputting it into the company database through the provided CRM tools. - Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries from prospects. Required Qualifications: /Experience/Skills - Minimum of Degree; Diploma in Sales or Marketing preferred - 1+ years’ experience in promotion, sales, hospitality, or event marketing - Fluent in English; Swahili and additional languages an advantage - Charisma, confidence, and resilience - Public engagement and persuasive communication - Target-driven with high energy - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
