A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: ‎ ‎ - We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Griller* to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling high-quality meals in line with our hotel standards, ensuring consistency, taste, and excellent presentation while maintaining strict hygiene and safety practices. ‎ Key Responsibilities: ‎ ‎ - Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and other menu items according to standard recipes. ‎ - Ensure proper seasoning, portion control, and presentation of grilled dishes. ‎ - Monitor grilling temperatures to ensure food is cooked safely and to required standards. ‎ - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times. ‎ - Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. ‎ - Inspect food supplies and report shortages or quality issues promptly. ‎ - Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. ‎ - Assist with stock control and minimize food waste. ‎ Requirements: & Qualifications ‎ ‎ - Proven experience as a Griller or similar role in a hotel or restaurant. ‎ - Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards. ‎ - Ability to work under pressure and during peak service periods. ‎ - Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality. ‎ - Team-oriented with good communication skills. ‎ Working Conditions ‎ ‎ - Ability to stand for extended periods. ‎ - Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
