About the Role We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Production, and Assembly Supervision. This structured program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development aimed at preparing trainees for full-time roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities (All Tracks): - Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations. - Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision. - Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn. - Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes. - Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations. Human Resources Trainee: - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. - Support HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. - Maintain accurate HR records and help coordinate training sessions. - Participate in policy development and performance management processes.
