We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. About the Role We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Production, and Assembly Supervision. This structured program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development aimed at preparing trainees for full-time roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities (All Tracks): - Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations. - Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision. - Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn. - Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes. - Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations. Human Resources Trainee: - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. - Support HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. - Maintain accurate HR records and help coordinate training sessions. - Participate in policy development and performance management processes. Qualifications - HND / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: - Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations (HR Track) - Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering Track) - Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Production/Assembly Tracks) - 0–2 years of work experience. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific tools. - High level of integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.  Benefits: - Competitive trainee allowance - Mentorship and career development support - Exposure to multiple departments - Opportunity for permanent employment Check how your CV aligns with this job
