## Title: General Personnel Officer
About the Role
Uleval Technology is seeking a qualified General Personnel Officer to manage core HR functions and serve as the central point of contact for all staff-related issues. This role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains accurate records, and supports the organization in creating a fair and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring processes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage job postings, and facilitate new employee orientation
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, manage disciplinary issues, and promote positive work environments
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits (health, pension, leave) and assist with payroll processing
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, track attendance, and help implement employee development plans
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, develop HR policies, and maintain accurate employee records
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions and professional development programs
- Reporting: Prepare HR reports and data analysis for management
Core Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related issues
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring through exit
- Support managers and employees on HR matters and workplace concerns
- Ensure fair and compliant workplace practices
