Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate sector.
- Organize training programs to enhance employee skills/leadership.
- Oversee a half yearly performance appraisal systems.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role (e.g. HR Head, HR Director, or VP-HR).
- Strong background in corporate HR, business strategy alignment, and multi-functional collaboration.
- Experience in managing HR operations for large organizations, ideally in a diverse, multisector environment like WTC.
- Exposure to global HR best practices and cross-border HR management is a plus.
