General Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company in alignment with Board objectives. - Oversee construction and engineering operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Drive business growth through effective bid management, contract negotiation, and client acquisition. - Maintain strong financial performance by increasing revenue, managing costs, and overseeing profitability. - Lead and manage senior teams, fostering a culture of high performance and safety. - Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Manage key client and stakeholder relationships, representing the company at senior levels. - Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and project-related risks. Person Specifications - A bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Sales Industry-related role. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role - Experience within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector will be an added advantage. - Proficiency in people and business management. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships, especially within the High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segment.
