## Title: Front Office Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Female Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in front office operations, guest relations, and hotel management software, combined with a sound understanding of housekeeping operations to ensure seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to professional standards
  • Train and monitor front desk staff on customer service, check-in/check-out procedures, and hotel policies
  • Coordinate effectively with the Housekeeping Department to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and ready for guest arrivals
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Ensure accurate room assignments, billing, and reservation records using hotel management software (Opera, Protel, Cloudbeds, or similar)
  • Maintain front office inventory, records, and supplies
  • Prepare daily occupancy reports, room status updates, and shift handover notes
  • Support management in developing and implementing front office and housekeeping procedures for improved efficiency
  • Assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a reputable hotel or hospitality brand
  • Strong proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Protel, or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and coordination procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and high customer service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
