## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their team as a Front Desk Officer. This is a key position responsible for maintaining the organization's front desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for guests and callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer questions and address complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them appropriately or take messages
- Receive letters, packages, and deliveries, then distribute them accordingly
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Perform additional duties as assigned (travel arrangements, scheduling, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (additional qualifications will be a plus)
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Compensation
N80,000 per month
