## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk Officer.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence—directing them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk and reception area
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs, issue access passes, and ensure security and confidentiality
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other office documentation
- Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and record keeping
- Coordinate with facility management and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and brand image
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and promptly
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
- 1 - 3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative support
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
