## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This position is central to creating a welcoming and professionally managed reception experience for our visitors, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and follow security protocols
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails and deliveries
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the organization
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
