This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. ​​​​​​​Responsibilities - Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly upon arrival. - Register patients accurately, verify details, and manage appointments using the clinic's system. - Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. - Assist with patient check-in/out, including collecting necessary information and payments. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. - Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records confidentially. - Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow and respond to basic queries. - Handle patient feedback and escalate issues promptly. Requirements: & Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations. - Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment. - Pre-NYSC graduates awaiting NYSC deployment are encouraged to apply. - Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline from an accredited institution. - 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome; prior customer service or administrative experience is an advantage). - Must be awaiting NYSC call-up (Pre-NYSC).
