Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
Operations & Service:
- Supervise all F&B activities, ensuring quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage daily shift operations, opening/closing, and guest interactions.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage performance of F&B staff.
- Conduct staff meetings and empower teams for excellent service.
- Ensure staff appearance and conduct meet standards.
Financial & Inventory Control:
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and budgets.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier negotiations.
- Control food and beverage costs.
Menu & Product:
- Assist in menu planning, design, and costing.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all food and drinks.
Compliance & Strategy:
- Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service laws.
- Develop strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, Kitchen).
Lounge-Specific Focus:
- Building strong client/guest relationships for repeat business.
- Creating a positive and high-end service culture.
- Handling special events, parties, and group bookings.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years experience.
