Job Summary - The Field Technical Support Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and supervision of customer connectivity projects to ensure high-quality service delivery. - The role involves coordinating with third-party vendors, supervising onsite installations, ensuring compliance with field support standards, and providing timely technical support to customers. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate site surveys with third-party vendors and interpret survey reports. - Supervise onsite installations, OFC deployment, and handover to Operations. - Install and configure customer premises equipment (CPE). - Ensure compliance with field processes, quality standards, and safety requirements. - Document after-build and as-built reports accurately. - Troubleshoot onsite technical issues and ensure SLA compliance. - Manage deployed company assets at customer sites. Requirements - B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or related discipline. - CCNA certification is an advantage. - Good knowledge of IP networking, structured cabling, and AutoCAD drawings. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required.
