About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to manage senior-level hiring across our organization. This role requires discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to source and close top executive talent within a dynamic, expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive roles
• Work closely with senior leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted search and networking
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present curated shortlists
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on executive hiring
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments, ideally in tech or consumer goods sectors
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with ATS platforms
• Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
