Executive Director

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Purpose / Objective of the Position - The Executive Director will provide overall strategic, operational, and programmatic - leadership to BOAID Humanitarian Foundation. Duties and Responsibilities - Provide transparent, accountable, and high-integrity leadership. - Lead strategic planning and implementation. - Oversee programs and operations. - Work closely with the Board of Directors. - Represent BOAID to donors and partners. - Strengthen internal systems and resource mobilization. Education: and Professional Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) - Minimum of ten (10) years of senior nonprofit management experience. - Experience working with a Board of Directors. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Demonstrable organizational Leadership and Management skills - Business Development expertise - Financial Management Insight - Resource mobilization and donor relation - Excellent communication and reporting skills - Stakeholder engagement and cultural sensitivity - Strong background in humanitarian Networking, Access negotiation and Strong background in humanitarian Networking, Access negotiation and Representation skills - Problem Solving and Decision-Making capabilities. - Team Building and Human Resource Management - Strong commitment to Boaid mission and objectives and a good understanding of the public policy regulatory system. General Regulations: - Adhere to BOAID policies and Code of Conduct. - Maintain confidentiality. - Return all BOAID property at contract end.
