## Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Overview

DreamCity Properties is seeking an accomplished and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in C-suite support and operational efficiency who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

The position requires flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demanding schedule of the executive office, with appropriate compensation provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO, managing a complex and fluid calendar, prioritizing inquiries and requests, and troubleshooting conflicts
  • Act as a key liaison for the CEO in business development activities, including preparing pitch decks, conducting preliminary research on potential partners or investments, and assisting with preparation of business proposals
  • Identify and implement improvements to the CEO's workflow and office operations to enhance productivity and efficiency across the executive office
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and key regulatory bodies, ensuring professional and effective communication
  • Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, both internal and external, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Manage logistics for corporate events as required
  • Oversee and track key projects and initiatives led by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
  • Conduct in-depth research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation
